We’ve rolled out our 2022.3 product changes. Here are some of the highlights!
Calendar Views (For Payers)
To ease the burden of tracking pre-commitment and payment due dates, we’ve recently launched a Calendar View for Payers. To try it out, from the Overview page, select the button that says View as Calendar. This will show all your Tax Offices, due dates, and the number of items you’ve already processed.
Roles & Permissions
Customize Autoagent’s roles and permissions to fit your organization’s unique team. Roles & Permissions can be used to enable or disable access to certain tools, reports, and responsibilities to improve security and
Expected Funding Date
By popular request, Payers are now asked what the expected funding date is for all payments. This date is displayed next to each payment so Tax Offices and Payers no longer need to ask for a tracking number or date post payment.
Snapshot Reporting (for Payers)
Although we already provide historical change history of every item in your portfolio, accessing bulk reporting weeks or months later often yields inconsistent results as billing data changes daily. As such, we’ve made recent changes that will create a snapshot at the time of each commitment so that your reporting is perfectly preserved and refund tracking is more clear.
