Summer is almost over, but we’re just getting started! Here are new features and enhancements for our MuniciPay customers.
Payment Plans (for Payers)
In many states, payment plans, installment plans, or contracts are setup for citizens to pay off their delinquency amounts while keeping their taxes current.
Payment Details (For Government)
To help serve your citizens, we are now displaying additional details regarding payment methods. For credit card payments, see the card type and last four digits. For eCheck payments, view the account type (checking or saving) and last four digits of the account.
Channel Chart (For Government)
MuniciPay has the ability to accept payments online, over the phone, in-person, and through our API. Visually understand how your payment volume is being processed through this new payment channel chart located on your MuniciPay Batches page.
Bulk Edit (for Payers)
For Government Offices who have citizens enrolled in automated payments, the ability to bulk edit multiple items has been added to their account page. This allows owners to quickly make changes without the need to edit each item individually.
Save Payment Method (for Payers)
Many of your citizens are repeat payers. We’ve enabled a secure wallet for them to store their preferred payment methods so that future checkouts will be easier and faster! This also reduces typos and returns in the future.
Payment History (For Payers)
Your citizens can now view a full payment history receipts for all completed payments. They can view and print their receipts again and even quickly make additional payments.
