We’re thrilled to announce some exciting changes happening within our company. We are renaming two of our flagship products to better reflect our commitment to innovation and service excellence.
1. mPay transforms into EscrowCloud. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and enhance your experience, mPay will be rechristened to EscrowCloud. This name change reflects our commitment to offering a comprehensive, cloud-based escrow and non-escrow payment process that eliminates refunds and errors and ensures that your complex property tax collections are always on time, accurate and secure. With EscrowCloud, you can trust in a secure, efficient, and scalable platform to manage your escrow needs with ease.
2. iPayments is now MuniciPay. Our trusted iPayments platform will be renamed to MuniciPay. This change not only represents a new name but also symbolizes our continued dedication to providing municipalities and county governments with reliable, efficient, and secure payment solutions tailored to their unique needs. With MuniciPay, you can expect the same level of quality service and technological advancements you’ve come to rely on, now with an even stronger focus on supporting county and municipal payment transactions.
We understand that changes like these can sometimes raise questions or concerns. Rest assured: our team is fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all our customers. Your existing accounts, services, and agreements will remain unchanged, and you can continue to access our platforms using your current credentials.
To our iPayments customers: you will see the shopping cart url change from govpayments.com to payments.municipay.com and you will see emails and receipts sent from @municipay.com email address.
