Introducing New Payment Options: In-Person Cash & Check Options through MuniciPay.
By popular demand, we have added two new payment types available for your clerks: In-Person Cash & Checks!
If you office accepts in-person cash or paper checks, you can now utilize MuniciPay to complete payments and produce receipts and reporting just like you would for an e-check or credit card.
When completing a transaction, you’ll be presented with ‘Other Options’ for In-Person Cash or In-Person Check:
This will produce a receipt:
New daily batches will display for these payment types if accepted:
By Department Reporting will also show a proper breakdown by payment type
